Interviewing can sometimes be a tall task to handle, but its a major part of the Mass Communications field. From gathering information to formatting the interview questions for optimal responses there is so much that goes into interviews.
One way I that we can combat this is just simply going by the KISS rule, by just keeping it super simple. Not looking it too much, but that doesn’t mean to come unprepared. Filak did say to know your audience before you conduct said interview and research the person before you sit down and talk to them.
Knight then goes on and says that whilst conducting the interview you must treat the interviewee as a very insightful person but also just like a regular human being.
